comment How can I export all item ID's, Metadata and Names?
When you log in to a world it will dump So you need to be able to get the game running? That’s not going to help if ID conflicts are preventing the game from starting at all.

Also, NEI’s dump is only useful if you can get the game running. If you can get that far, there are few if any conflicts. Most ID conflicts will prevent starting the game at all, thus making the NEI dump useless.

comment Minecraft Error, java.lang.VerifyError:
Except that Unionhawk’s answer couldn’t have been correct because as PixelToe said, they’ve used TCon and OF together before. Plus, the stack-error is unrelated to the conflict. It was just a coincidence that it worked. Most likely, PixelToe changed or removed the config folder, causing modifications to the mods to reset.

comment Are holes down to the void normal in the “Deep Dark”?
Did you try flying down to see if you can come out below the world? If it really is a hole, check your mods to see if any of them have this “feature”.

comment Determining Minecraft mod abilities/effects
For those that find themselves in the same situation as myself, it’s possible to to fix the issue without the tool I’m hoping to find (though I’d still love to find a solution to the question above). To fix this specific problem of regenerating a world affected by mods, open the level.dat file from original world in NBTEdit, expand the FML→ModList branch, then use SysExporter to grab a text dump of the mods that were active when that world was created.

comment Insane tick lag in Minecraft
@SharpShade, did you figure it out? Minecraft now comes with its own JRE to avoid problems like this, so it may have solved the problem now.
