comment How come 4 Warp Gate Rush does not dominate professional play?
Don't think you can defend a zerg FE against 4 gate on some maps. The closer the rush distance, the sooner you have the first group at your expo.

comment Does playing against insane AI help in multiplayer games?
2 points to add: I find it's a good way to learn maps (rush distance, scouting, just general layout) and it's a great way to check out how stable a certain early game strategy is. I don't play against insane, but middle to late game "very hard" isn't very challenging. I spent like 10 matches going early expand on jungle basin ZvP before I got it just right. It's now my best map in 1v1.

comment Strategies against zerg when playing protoss
+1 on the last point. If unharassed, I (as a Zerg player) can expand all over the map extremely quickly. You don't want to let me do that.

Don't forget to build a couple of queens, too.

Is there any build where not getting a queen is an option?

comment If your opponent leaves the game, is that considered a full victory?
One thing I hate is the reverse. when it's clear I'm going to lose and the other player says "gg". That should be my prerogative, it seems excessively rude to presume I'm about to surrender (even if I am). When that happens I often stretch as long as I possibly can, training my micro skills a bit. So uh, don't do that if you want a fast win.

comment How do I defend against Nydus attacks in a StarCraft 2 team game?
Not to mention that a scanner sweep is very visible if you're paying attention and only lasts for a while. If they're using that to put the nydus worm in, you know exactly where it's going to go.

comment Help me make sense of the Starcraft 2 ending
At one point in the campaign Raynor explains why he thinks Mengsk won't go after him, simply because he's more dangerous as a martyr than as a failed revolutionary.
