comment How do I get my friend elected mayor?
@SMeznaric In that case you should be able to give away the city-title first making him a mayor and afterwards give the same character the county-title making him a lord-mayor. When you can't give him the city-title then... I have no idea what's wrong, sorry.

...or maybe you only revoked the Grand-Mayor of Genoa title (the whole County of Genoa) but not the actual City of Genoa so the original guy (or someone completely different) is still owning the City?

@SMeznaric When this is true, you should own both the "City of Genoa" title and the "County of Genoa" title. These are completely separate titles. A character can own one without owning the other. You should be able to grant either to him. Unless your vassal already is landed with a noble-type title or is for some reason not elligible for holding the city title. When you don't own the "County of Genoa" title, then who is?

comment How to maximise the odds of becoming Cathar?
@Lohoris no cathars anywhere in the world? A person doesn't need to be your courtier or even part of your realm to educate your kids. They just need to be close enough to interact with you (which is likely the case considering that catholics and their heresies are usually found in the northwest quarter of the world map.)

I always get Lollard for some reason, which sucks because Lollard is boring.

comment How can I play a crazy character?
@Lohoris You might consider placing a bounty on the question to encourage someone to answer this too. I, for one, am not interested anymore because a while after posting this questions I noticed that in one of my savegames one of my most powerful dukes is a Lunatic, so I continued playing as him.

Any discussions about the wiki should be done on the wiki, not here.

By the way: I just updated the wiki article and removed that no longer meaningful table.

@A.L. Mass is also a relevant variable. A sheet of paper falls slower than a sheet of metal, even though they have the same shape. This is further complicated by the fact that your rockets mass changes during flight.

comment Terminal velocity table for KSP v1.0 and later?
@A.L. The table was calculated, but back then calculating it was easy because the drag was always exactly proportional to the mass of the rocket. It was completely irrelevant how you arranged the parts and how you oriented it. With the new aerodynamics model the drag depends on shape and orientation of the rocket which is different depending on how you build and fly your rocket.

comment Is there a way to play KSP without having studied rocket science?
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to start playing KSP, but you will likely become one when you play it enough. In my opinon the point of the game is to teach yourself rocket science just like the space pioneers in the 50s and 60s. Reading real-world material about space exploration is surprisingly helpful. I fully understand that this kind of game experience is not for everyone.

This is not an answer to the question, just a wild guess.

comment When should I perform the inclination matching maneuver?
The latter. You don't go straight east at liftoff but already in the inclination you want to end up with.

comment When should I perform the inclination matching maneuver?
@SergiiZaskaleta The idea is to wait until the space center is at the ascending node, so that when you launch, you enter orbit at the ascending node. When you already started with an inclination of 6°, you will already be on a perfectly inclined orbit for a Minmus transfer.

@SergiiZaskaleta I am not sure how I could explain it any better. Could you be more specific about what you don't understand about it?

comment How do multiple Mobile Processing Labs work?
I am not sure, but one thing I know is that processing speed of a lab depends on the experience level of the scientists in the module.

comment Do gameplay choices in Metro 2033 have an effect on the story in Metro: Last Light?
The plot of the first game is (roughly) based on the novel by Dmitry Glukhovsky which is the first of a series. While games do sometimes have different endings, novels usually do not. I think that they didn't want the story of the games to differ too much from the story of the books. So the developers decided to follow the ending which is closest to the ending of the novel. A feature to import a savegame from the previous game (like in the Mass Effect series, for example) would have been conceivable, but there weren't enough decisions in the first game to justify this.

comment Why should I keep my characters at low levels in Final Fantasy VI?
@R.. now the game just needs some content which actually requires to powergame that much... When you are at that point where you are that powerful, you went over the point where anything in the game is a threat to you days ago.

Have you been to the mun without the contract or even to a further away world? The general achievement contracts only appear when it's something you haven't already done yet.

comment How to get Minecraft mods?
When you want people to help you, you need to explain what exactly your problem is. When you say that you "just don't understand" we have no idea what to write, because it could be just as ununderstandable to you as whatever you read before. When you are looking for help to understand something, you need to say what you read and which parts you didn't understand and what you didn't understood about it.
