Jun 12	comment	What influences a change of Meta? Riot doesn't decide whether or not the meta changes ever. It's the players that make it all happen. The most recent change in the meta was throwing AD characters mid-lane. I'm not 100% but I think it all started with Froggen(?) going Lee Sin mid and it just sparked a whole mass of people taking more AD characters Mid when they were previously played exclusively top lane.
Jun 11	comment	How effective are adaptive shields against burst fire? The first part would be right, I guess you could always hit an enemy with one pellet and then hit it with more pellets and see if the damage per pellet is the same. I've never seen that effect with SMG's before though.
