comment How can I solo the quest Redemption?
You'd have to be very pedantic to treat having a hireling as not 'solo'

comment Easiest way to get mounts / maximize a monetary investment in LoTRO without sustaining a subscription?
+1 I'm just starting out again in LotRO so I'm very interested in this too. One problem with Turbine games is that it's not always clear what path you should take to actually purchase something.

Giving a fit for a ship you don't and won't fly isn't that helpful

It's still an answer, just as 'no' is an answer, and adding links to the information doesn't work well in comments

At the very least the global win rate does not take into account number of players per nation and their relative skills. Russian tanks are already seen as overpowered and thus all the 'noobs' flock to them. Global win rate is a flawed measure which is typified by the Chinese one being so high.

So that's a no then. My entire point is that win rates, especially global win rates, by which the developers balance the game, are not an accurate measure of how one nation's tanks perform

@user28015 Your opinion is also heavily biased you just don't realise it. Star Trek Online is excessively pay to win, in fact calling it free to play is almost false advertising as you have to pay to get ahead. Secondly there are a lot of items in the game that are ONLY available by paying for them including every top ship.
