Russian tanks are already seen as overpowered and thus all the 'noobs' flock to them. Global win rate is a flawed measure which is typified by the Chinese one being so high.

Star Trek Online is excessively pay to win, in fact calling it free to play is almost false advertising as you have to pay to get ahead. Secondly there are a lot of items in the game that are ONLY available by paying for them including every top ship.
