comment How do I stop C2-N2 from attacking?
C2-N2 has an inability to breakdown alcohol due to his robotic nature. Don't let his polite sober form deceive you. Back at the ship he occasionally likes to hit the bottle when you don't have him run missions. This makes him a mean drunk and aggressive. You must manually and explicitly tell him to be passive.

comment In space combat, how do you disable shielded targets?
@Resorath yet none of the answers are concise about both ways to blow up shielded targets. The other answers only mention one or the other. My answer gives both ways.

You're describing torpedos, not missiles.

comment Getting dominated by multiple super powers while playing as France. What should I do?
So, instead of conquering and coring on my own, I've been vassalizing and annexing. I try not to go to an armed war anymore unless I won't gain much AE.

Yes, they were in a coalition. I found that I was overextending and also conquering too fast.

comment Why is my army weaker than computer's army?
If it's mountainous and you have cavalry, I think the cavalry takes a penalty to attacking.

comment How does Manpower affect my nation?
I'd make the mistake of constantly assaulting provinces I'm seiging in a drawn out war. I'd run out of mainpower for my reserves and eventually get rolled.

comment How do I license a game engine?
He's not asking how to license a console. He's asking how to license a game engine he created. It's part of a late-game option.
