Come check out my devblog; if you don't learn something new there, I'm sure I'll learn something new from you instead.

Well that's a cool approach to make an addictive game -- make a game from which you cannot exit! =)

comment In SimCity Deluxe, why do my Sims constantly ask for water?
From what I remember, all I had to do is make sure the water covers all the area below any type of zone -- no tricks beyond that, at least in SC4.

comment In SimCity Deluxe, why do my Sims constantly ask for water?
I played SimCity on PC -- never played it on iPad. Wasn't there a distillation facility to provide clean water? Maybe that's what you're missing?

comment Why does RollerCoaster Tycoon (original) on Windows 7 display a black screen on launch?
Might I suggest paying the extra buck and get a small used laptop for $200-$500 with Windows installation, which is what the game is designed for? =) I personally think it is less of a hassle than working my way around not only a 64-bit OS, but a VM within an OS that is incompatible with the client OS. Way too many variables in my opinion.
