Can mobs spawn on slabs? This is incorrect. Upside-down slabs are valid for spawning; this was introduced in the same update that allowed redstone to be placed on upside-down slabs. |

Why is the facilities in Portal 2 so much different from the first Portal? You might be interested in this video from GDC 2012 about the development of Portal. They specifically said (about the fancier elevators) something like "players won't care", that they consciously ignored consistency in favor of graphical improvements. |

Can you blast bedrock with TNT if you have enough? As far as I've heard, nothing has changed (and Minecraft Wiki doesn't report any recent changes either). Note that the property commonly referred to as “hardness” does have a special indestructible value for bedrock, but hardness applies only to digging, not explosions. |
