Do lighters ever run out of fuel? Also if you use lighter under the rain without any cover like tent of building, lighter charges drop to zero. |

Should I play Hearts of Iron before Hearts of Iron II w/ expansions? CK2 is way better but as complex as CK. I already started playing it and its very deep. And by far the most playable of all Paradox lineup. |
