How deep underwater is Rapture? @badp I am not insinuating that the spoiler is unrelated to the question, but that it is unrelated to Bioshock 1. There should be a disclaimer outside the spoiler stating that it is for Bioshock Infinite for people who've finished Bioshock 1 but not Infinite and mouse over it assuming it's a Bioshock 1 spoiler. |

How deep underwater is Rapture? @MarcoGeertsma Usually it is only done for questions that have legitimate merit and obvious broad-base usefulness, but yes, it's a codified "allowed" thing. People's opinions of this range greatly, as you'd expect. |

What is the drop rate for the legendary weapon “Infinity”? The most recent version is here. I'm loathe to provide that as an answer because it's so nebulous and doesn't answer the question at all, really. Using the gearcalc can help with cooking up specific things. |

Well, we know that the weighting of any given mob dropping a Legendary is 0.00999999978 (relative to whites, which are weighted at 200), but it's hard to put that to a percent, nor do we know how much this is scaled for things that have a particular legendary they're predisposed to. "Abysmal" is a good TL,DR though. I'd just recommend cooking the thing up in Gibbed's editor. |

What does Shadow Medic Proc? Ah, no, it's Making Amends that I was thinking of. It gives +10% to HoTs, much like Shadow Medic gives +7.5% to direct healing spells. I'm inclined to believe that Shadow Medic does not effect leeches, though, due to the existence of Veteran (+25% boost to Leeches). |

Is it possible to have too many cities? That is... highly unusual. Then yeah, I guess in that circumstance, the best thing to do would be to force-kill the Civilization V process and restart it and load your latest autosave. How weird. o_O; |

Is it possible to have too many cities? That actually may be an issue with the game in general - I've had games where that happened and I needed to restart my game in order to fix it. Can you hit Escape and get to the Save Game/Load Game/Exit Game/Exit to Windows menu? |
