comment Is there goal line technology in FIFA 15 (PC)?
I have played Fifa 15 a lot both on PC and PS4 and never came across such a scene. Either it's tied to a certain gamemode or league or it was cut from the game.

How would that manifest in the game? You mean if there is a replay where you see if the ball was in or not? Can you link to such a video you are talking about?

@Nix You can even give them claims in the peace treaty, just make sure they actually are the ones occupying the province.

comment Is there a way to reduce the risk of a disaster?
You are right, the way to cancel a disaster progress is to undo whatever started it. It's not enough to just stop the progress.

comment What does Dominate Mind do?
That's the most conclusive answer I got so far, so thank you for that. I still would like to know what the dialogues are where affect mind will always fail but dominate won't. Otherwise it seems like a pretty useless power, considering that you don't really unlock something new.

@Foosh: Nope, it's an ironman save and I already sold them back to my vassal. Are you saying this works for you?

It's possible that I assumed that if there is no progress, it would decay somehow. I guess just stopping the progress is not enough.
