Received a B.S. from Montana State University in Computer Engineering focusing in signal analysis and control systems.

One thing that I've been taught in my years as a tinkerer, coder, hobbyist, programmer, and engineer is that it's an art; as much as a Van Gogh or Mozart inspires code, algorithms, and design too can be inspiring and beautiful.

I'm mainly focused in hardware level languages (VHDL, Verilog, Assembly, and C) and the wonders of Python. The combination of these languages (and a little MatLab) allows for the design and testing of any hardware control system with nearly no muss or fuss.

comment Is Infinite City Spam a good strategy on Immortal/Deity in Brave New World?
There are still zero maintenance happiness buildings as well, which still makes it viable, since part of the discouragement comes from cost to make it viable in the cities, religious buildings are a great example (i usually try to unlock 2 of them for my religion if I can get enough faith early). It isn't so much discouraged, as there's now a very specific tech path that needs to be taken. I should probably turn these into an answer here at some point.

How does localizing happiness prevent ics, if you can make sure that each city is break-even on happiness, then you have your plus from luxuries, and since with ICS you're building a wide empire, if you need to dump a bunch of production/food into your main production cities, you'll have a bunch to choose from to do internal trade early, or late for that matter, since a good chunk of the time if you build super wide you end up making a bunch of enemies out of the AI.

@EeroAaltonen So we've found the missing link, moving up in eras must give a .5 increase to the base allotment past a certain era.

comment Diablo III Installation Size
This is something I've seen from Blizzard with all their newer games, WoW, SC2, and Diablo 3 have all had nasty bloat if you install from a really early install and then patch your way up. They don't and haven't really ever cleaned up their patch files properly.

comment Limit civ5 AI player unit count?
The easiest way to keep the AI from bankrupting is playing on higher difficulties. Their increased income will keep them (and you if you trade correctly) very well in the black.

comment How do the special abilities of each character translate to game play?
I believe you've nearly answered your own question. Wolfgang is strong, translates to more damage when smacking things. Wendy, you nailed it. It's all play style. I personally like smacking the crap out of any critter I find, so I usually play Wolfgang. Also, since a pure link comment is frowned upon. Their pluses and minuses are outlined well in this page on their wiki dont-starve-game.wikia.com/wiki/Characters
