Hrm. I'd be willing to generalize it, but that would invalidate the answers already listed. Do you think it would be appropriate to ask it as a separate question, and then flag and request that a mod close this one as a duplicate?

@IanPugsley Iirc, the best method varies depending on the ilvl of the drop you are interested in. Also, the SoJ is a bit of an unusual scenario in that it was a mainstay of the economy at one point, and then became a key to summoning uber Diablo.

comment Can followers (templar, enchantress, scoundrel) die?
@Michel There was one comment, saying "your group really has to work together". This doesn't mean "you have to be in a group". It means "you can't go off on your own and expect to be able to solo when in a multiplayer game on Inferno", which is something that Blizzard has explicitly stated elsewhere.

Also, this. Perhaps you are basing your comments on their original announcement, since it seems they changed their mind about follower viability at high level.

@Michel That video says nothing about group vs. solo. It's just an explanation of how hard Inferno will be (and Blizzard claims that they expect it to be months before anyone can "beat" Inferno, regardless of team or solo). As for my claim, here's the main source. Its from an interview he did in Korea (translated into English).

@Michel That seems to contradict the repeated statements by Blizzard that the game is designed to be soloable at all difficulty levels. Do you have a link to the source of that statement?

comment What is “Burn Jita”, and how will it destroy the economy?
@skovacs1 my apologies. I misread your comments and thought you were saying that my overall question was answered in the linked article, and not just the "brilliant" comment. I was under the impression that the players involved were doing something particularly clever, and did not realize the gentleman in question was using it in the british style. I have removed that part from the question.

Perhaps it seems a lot more obvious if youre familiar with the gameplay. All I got from the article is that there's a massive attack in progress, and the players participating will receive some undefined penalty.

What I read was that there was a bug to avoid the consequences that was fixed, but not what the consequences are, or how it will cripple the economy. As for not on topic, it seems like a question of strategy and game mechanics. I'm not sure I understand how that isn't on topic.
