comment What happened to all the Magic Find gear in patch 2.0/Reaper of Souls?
That's not actually true (that a topaz is the "only way" to get magic find increase with level 70). There are several legendaries that have magic find, such as the nagelring.

comment Does paragon level increase Magic Find?
@Katustrawfic I found reference in a diablofans FAQ. Still not as good as a blue post, but I've found they generally are decent at separating rumor from fact.

comment Does sparkflint familiar emit fire damage or arcane damage
I've updated the answer in the linked question, and z - is absolutely correct: this is a dupe of the other. Being far more specific is not an argument in this question's favor.

comment What skills provide what elemental damage for elemental exposure wizard?
@z-Thanks, I've updated. The online Game Guide just says "Summon a fiery familiar that grants you 10% increased damage." The in-game tooltip, as you say, specifies that it does fire damage.

comment Does paragon level increase Magic Find?
@Katustrawfic I'm reluctant to add that in without a source to back it up. I don't have time to look for one now, but I'll take a look later this evening. If you can find a source in the meantime, though, please feel free to add it in, or leave it as a comment.

@Katustrawfic It still exists on legacy blues and rares.

comment How does the Nephalem Valor buff work?
This question appears to be off-topic because it is about obsolete content.

comment When do set and legendary items start dropping?
@Tater596 I do mention that some legendaries only drop in Torment. If I recall correctly, some level 70 sets do drop outside of Torment, but class-specific and some other, high-end sets are Torment-only.

comment How much higher is the legendary drop rate in the Torment difficulties?
Note that there are certain legendaries that only drop in Torment I - VI. Also, item quality is unaffected by difficulty (e.g. a level 60 Nailbiter found in Normal has the exact same potential as a level 60 Nailbiter found in Torment VI). comment When do set and legendary items start dropping?
@Doc The consensus I've seen is that farming for legendaries is pretty consistently faster at Torment I than at the higher levels, since any increase in drop rate is mitigated by the decrease in clear speed due to tougher mobs. The list you cited for Torment-exclusive Legendaries appears to be RoS only, and isn't yet live (and will probably only be available for those with the expansion).

comment When do set and legendary items start dropping?
@Doc I've updated my answer; I'm not certain if there is a correlation between difficulty tiers and legendaries, though, as there is no longer an implicit magic find boost in higher difficulty levels.

comment How does loot work?
@DavidYell As you progress, you'll find that some "crappy" white drops can actually be exceptionally good, simply by virtue of the number of linked sockets. A 5L or 6L white item is generally better than a 3L, even if the 3L has great stats.

comment What should I do with my excess gold?
Given the relatively advanced state of the beta, and the feedback I've seen from people actively in the beta, gold will have very specific (and important) uses after the auction house closes. This is entirely answerable without it being "primarily opinion-based". Voting to reopen.

comment Efficiency of Single vs Double Sunflowers at the start of the level
Suns do drop much faster than individual sunflower production rate. If you plant a single sunflower immediately at the start of a game, you will get 5 sun drops by the time the first zombie appears, whereas you will only get a single sun from that first sunflower.

comment What is there to do after beating Inferno mode?
@spartacus Generally, for most people, but that doesn't appeal to everyone. I know quite a few people who were more interested in achievements than gearing up. Hardcore mode is basically starting fresh, and even those who are into hard-core leveling and grinding put a lot of work into min-maxxing routes, gear, and builds.

comment Is there an NPC who can repair to 100% in Fallout 3?
I believe the Winter Armor does degrade. However, there's a bug (shocking, I know!) that winds up with you getting the simulation version of the armor instead of the one the developers intended, so the armor has a ridiculous amount of durability. The regular degradation rate barely makes a dent in it as a result.

comment What is the best class for faster grinding and survivability in Diablo 3?
I disagree with that summary. Grinding speed/efficiency is largely a function of abilities that impact the character's ability to move faster, and the ability to kill "trash" enemies in a single attack. Some classes can effectively boost their movement constantly (such as a WW barb or a TR monk) in a sufficiently target-rich environment, giving them a notable edge in grinding efficiency.

comment Is it worth training the blacksmith?
It's worth noting that few of the new recipes have the potential to be best in slot, depending on the class (i.e. most classes would be best served by a good Lacuni Prowlers over crafted razorspikes, or set-piece chest over archon chest). For those that do have the potential for best in slot, the chances of rolling those stats are still exceedingly slim.

comment How often locust swarm jumps?
I can't answer off-hand about how often it normally jumps (I believe there's a fairly decent chance to jump each second... maybe 50%, but I can't say for certain), but I will say that the difference for the rune that jumps to 2 enemies instead of one is barely noticeable.
