Avid PC gamer when I'm at home, and avid iPhone gamer when I'm out and about. I've played a lot of MMOs, and I love RPGs of almost any kind.

In GTA Chinatown Wars for iPhone is it possible to park the Rhino? @xiaohouzi79 - Interesting, everything I had read said it wouldn't work with the Rhino, but I hadn't tested it myself. |

How does the sun work in Tiny Wings? I disagree that nest level affects the speed of the sun (see experiment 2 in my answer). The layout of the islands changes each day - perhaps recent layouts have just been tougher for you? |

How does the sun work in Tiny Wings? From my experiments, I believe this depends on where you are. Fevering across island 1 quite clearly does push the sun back (even before you hit the jump). On later islands, going that fast is only enough to stop the sun, and eventually the sun is going so fast that it still moves forward, even when you're in fever mode. |

How does the sun work in Tiny Wings? @Michael - I agree, at least partly. I've expanded and corrected my answer. |

What's the story behind the drawings on the wall in Portal 2? Probably. |

What's the story behind the drawings on the wall in Portal 2? The comic is also viewable from within Portal 2, in the Extras section (at least in the PC version). |

Is there anything I can do to attract spiders in Minecraft? Spiders can now climb walls! So take that into account when constructing towers. An outward-facing lip is the easiest way to prevent them from climbing up. |

Strategy for handling the oddities that spew out of a fountain upon dipping A ring of conflict might help against the snakes too, if you happen to get one that early. |

Strategy for handling the oddities that spew out of a fountain upon dipping @espais - Yes, but getting Excaliber always dries up the fountain, so if that's your goal, don't do it in Minetown. |

Benefits of lycanthropy @Strix - True. With a Polymorph trap and a whistle/leash, you could probably have some fun. Maybe a good strategy for pacifist? |

Can't take off armor (not cursed!) Wearing any cloak, regardless of BUC status, prevents you from removing body armor. You must remove the cloak first. |

Would covering the sea increase frame rate? @Aslum -This article agrees that it will kill your framerate, and unfortunately will not drain the ocean, as it is replenished very quickly from the map edge. |

How can I progress further when there are no stairs down? @Strix Also, there is an automatic searching intrinsic that can be gained by playing certain classes, or extrinsic acquired from certain items. This does an automatic, free (0 turns) search on all adjacent tiles every turn, and makes it much more likely you'll find that secret door the first time you pass it. |

How can I progress further when there are no stairs down? @Strix - You can dig through walls on "normal" levels by using a pickaxe or dwarfish mattock (usually first acquired in the Gnomish Mines), or a wand of digging. Digging into big empty spaces, as illustrated by badp, may be less tedious for you than lots of searching. |

How do I survive in the Nether? @Cyclops - Ghasts have 5 hearts (according to the wiki), but yes, they can be hard to hit when they're a long ways off, and getting close can be dangerous. It mostly depends on your skill with the bow at long range. |
