Yes, strength is a requirement; there's no point in wearing armour if you take both a(n extra) spellcasting hit and an armour hit. Orcs also avoid a hit when wearing orcish leather. Wielding a weapon doesn't affect your chance to cast.

(BTW, the phrase you're looking for is "for all intents and purposes".)

They could be using a desktop or laptop computer, or simply handing their phone to a friend (or having someone look over their shoulder while they're on Facebook).
Mar 8	comment	What are the various promotional versions of Mass Effect 3 (i.e., Gamestop, Best Buy, etc.)? @Adanion, in both cases, the votes you see represent a very small percentage of the Gaming community. An apparent conflict between questions isn't at all uncommon, and usually means asking a meta question can be helpful to resolve the issue. Sure, some people may downvote the question or an answer that matches your perspective ... but the community as a whole will still have a chance to hear your thoughts, and it may be that the community supports you, and the meta question will attract enough votes to reopen this question. If not, at least the discussion will be more visible.

If you have a question about jQuery, the way tags are applied here, there's no need to tag it with JavaScript; of course a question about jQuery relates to JavaScript. In this case, of course a question about pokemon-fifth-gen is a Pokémon question. See this question on meta: questions about a game should use a single tag for that game.

List questions themselves are not particularly good fits for the site; a better version is "where can I find a list", in which case a perfectly good answer is "on this wikia, here's the link". This content also fits poorly in the SE layout and is formatted much better on the wiki. (In addition, for a game this popular, it's highly unlikely that the link would break and that no other site would have this information. After all, the link is to a site that has info on a game from 1994.)

If he had a Live account, then if necessary, he could recover it to the new console; his saved games would be lost, but his achievements would be intact. Transferring a local profile from one 360 to another is supposed to work, though. I can't find anything to suggest why it wouldn't; maybe someone else can find an answer for you.

Microsoft is redirecting locale-free URLs to locale-specific URLs, presumably based on the locale associated with your Live profile, which can be verified by removing the locale from the answer below. This isn't a typical change, where the provider would move a page and break links to the old one rather than redirecting you (which is what they should have done, at least for a while, so that your old link would work). If you're aware of locales, testing this yourself would have given you the answer;
