How do I spawn Vermivorous The Invincible? Caustic Caverns has the advantage that there's a tunnel full of Varkids with a little treasure room off to the side. You can sprint in there and hide in the treasure room while Varkid ultimate carnage happens outside. |

Does “consumes X ammo per shot” cancel the assassin's One Shot One Kill skill? @OrcJMR: I have used that trick but I tend to jerk the shot. This one bursts pretty damn fast -- the base fire rate is quite high. I've had other sniper rifles with fire rates around 1.0 where that was easy. |

How do save game spawn locations work in Borderlands 2? I think this answer should include a third option: If you last passed through a normal "gate" between locations (sorry, I can't find the official name) you'll respawn at the exit of that gate (both if you die and if you save/reload) |

Do bosses or boss encounters respawn? -1: This is definitely not true on the PC version. If you clear an area and fast travel away/back it will still be cleared. Some time later the mobs will spawn again (or if you exit the game). |

How do I know if an NPC is hostile? No, I've definitely had bandits appear blue (using detect life) before they alert to me. Walked right up to them and got jumped. Also the trigger for putting NPCs in the game is closer than Detect Life's range so sometimes an "empty" hut will not be empty if you get closer. |
