I work full time at a big software company, when I'm not doing that I'm developing my first game: Age of Goblins. I keep a development blog at www.byte56.com and you can follow me on twitter.

I'm currently working with Lynda.com to develop a course with them. You can check out some of their great video tutorials here:

Here's a 7 day free unlimited access to lynda.com pass on me.

comment How can I toggle/cycle through settings?
@Wandang Thanks, that's a bit clearer. In the future, if you frame the question in the context of the problem you're trying to solve (instead of just "How to do X?"), along with how you want it to work it'll give people a good idea of what you want and why.

While I do like the sharing of information by answering your own question, this is a poor question when looked at on its own. It's pretty unclear what you're asking.

comment What happens if I jump with crew members away on another ship?
I like to think they carry on, surrender to the other crew. Become slaves. Someday the escape and settle on a nice planet. Eventually starting a family and struggling to survive in a galaxy torn by war. But they'll always remember the day they had a chance to turn the tide of war. That day they were on a very important mission. The same day you left them behind.

Even if you buy the CD from the store. You buy the client and the game is played on Blizzard servers.
