I doubt you're able to fix it. I (and many others, after a quick google search) have exactly the same problem and I believe that it's due to crappy firmware (jesus, I hope it's not a hardware issue).

Hopefully it will be fixed in some patch down the line. There are so many bugs that, as a professional software developer, I would have NEVER let this release.

It doesn't at all seem like the firmware has been through a comprehensive test. There are several features that, upon looking through the menus, literally, don't work in any scenario (try connecting to a wireless network using WPS or AOSS). Several just say "an error has occurred". I called the live tech support and asked them about these issues and was insulted (but kind) after their "help" was limited to troubleshooting that an infant could do- turn off and back on, uninstall and reinstall, and are quick to blame whatever external hardware they can- your modem, your router, your TV, etc., despite the fact that all of your other hardware works flawlessly and has for years.

Sorry for venting, but this had better be fixed within a few months. It's par for the course that these companies release software that clearly hasn't been vetted through one legitimate phase of testing (or even worse, testing deemed the bugs "acceptable" in order to meet the launch date).
