Dec 14, 2015 at 19:34 comment added James B I'm pretty sure nobody has made circumventing geo-blocking with a VPN illegal yet -- it's not a copyright violation, at the very least. At worst, you might have "agreed" (via click-wrap agreement) not to access some content from specific physical locations, but such a contract is absolutely unenforceable.
