No. The only abilities that work with Squadsight are those that use the sniper rifle, namely standard fire, Headshot, and Disabling Shot. I believe a sniper on overwatch can't even use Squadsight to trigger overwatch fire, even with the sniper rifle, although I'm not as certain about that.
