One turn after choosing my Ideology, my happiness goes to -10. And keepit stays that way, even if I change my ideology it keeps negative.

How can I fixprevent that?

Civ 5 Brave New World. How to stop negative happiness after choosing Ideology.

One turn after choosing my Ideology, my happiness goes to -10. And keep that way, even if I change ideology it keeps negative. How can I fix that?
