Well, I think I know what you mean. After I had been playing airline tycoon for a day (or rather, trying to understand how to play it for a day) (don't ask why I was playing it, it looked fun at the time). When I went to sleep that 'night', I had nightmares and very visual images of me being trapped, playing the game. I'm afraid the only way I managed to get over this was to not play that specific game. Clearly this isnt recommended, so I would recommend playing games you enjoy that have a relatively happy atmosphere, for example GTA4 or San Andreas, but NOT Dead Space :P Watching a calming TV show in bed seems to help free my mind of the game, but this does strain my eyes.
