The obvious counter as a solo laner is a hard stun. Sorry Alistar, nothing you can do when you're stunned. In ranked gameplay if you pick an early Alistar then other players will pick endless counters to your roaming strategy. Watch the LLL vs CLG ESL game to see this happen. | |
