Just change the name of the last save file from season 1 to be the same as data save from season 2, make sure it's *.bundle then place the renamed save file to into the correct folder.

Just change the name of the last save file from season 1 to "saveslot1.bundle". Make sure you change the extension to *.bundle and that the folder with Season 1 saves is in the correct place (\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead).

After that the game should find the save file properly.

simple just changed the last save file season 1 same as data save season 2, chaged it to .bundle then place the rename save file to folder sync. it works for me :)
