Hello there, since you're using Windows 8.1, please try to configure your SuperFetch (C).
START RUN > TYPE SERVICES.MSC > FIND SUPERFETCH > RIGHT CLICK FOR PROPERTIES > SELECT STARTUP TYPE: MANUAL > STOP SERVICE > RESTART YOUR PC since you're using Windows 8.1, please try to configure your SuperFetch (C).
Start Run > type Services.msc > find Superfetch > right click for Properties > select Startup type: Manual > Stop service > restart your pc
