Does world of warcraft run with better performance on a 64bit or a 32bit machine64-bit OS improve the performance of World of Warcraft?

I want to build a new pc. WoWPC, and WoW is the only game I play. I simply want it to run with every option maxxedmaxed out in 1920x1080 on a single display. CanCan I stick with a 32bit32-bit OS, or do I need to go 64bit64-bit?

PS(P. IS. I don't have any idea what parts to buy. There, there are too many these days. NoNo actual computecomputer exists yet.)
