I just started Bloons monkey cityMonkey City and when I am fighting bloons, it dosen'tdoesn't let me upgrade my tower like a dart monkey. I already have the monkey academy so I can upgrade my dart monkey but still it won't let me upgrade. It only says it is locked. How do you upgrade your towers?
