I do not know how the list is ordered in detail but I can say for sure that mission-related intel has the highest priority, then prisoner locations, and last specialist locations. These are the three that I got the most often so I know that they are prioritized in that way. The others fall somewhere else in the list. I think that loot locations (i.e. diamonds and resources) are very close to specialist locations in priority, but not sure if they're above or below. Blueprints might be higher. | |
