| Sep 9, 2013 at 10:11 | comment | added | Vogel612 | @Tux in the official article on twisted fate's e there is no hint, wether this is on-hit (and thus lifesteal) or an ability (thus spellvamp). in general i'd assume it is on-hit, if it modifies your auto-attack. triggerable skills are only on-hit if explicitly stated, "passive" skills (like varus' blighted quiver) are on-hit effects. | |

Do you know if abilities like Twisted Fate's Stacked Deck receive a bonus from life steal or spell vamp? I ASSUME it's life steal, based on what the ability is, and its use of autoattack.
