Buy a Does the season pass include all Bioshock Infinite DLC?

I have bioshock infiniteBioshock Infinite for the ps3PS3 and I'm trying to complete the trophy list for that game.

I see that the game has 3 DLCs with trophies, if I buy the DLCs separately I will spend about 35€ I guess.

My question is, can I still buy the season pass for that game? How does the season pass works? If iI buy it, will I get the DLCs with the trophies?
