GTA V on xbox 1 How do I transfer my previous Grand Theft Auto Online character?

We have just purchased an xbox 1 for my son for Christmas, on. On his 360 you are onxbox360, he has a level 90 oncharacter for GTA 5 how. How does he transfer his progress to his Xbox 1 please. Very frustrated son. Thanks from trying to help mom?
