Trying to install netflixNetflix app on ps3

I'm trying to install netflixNetflix on my ps3Playstation 3. I triedhave been through the tutorial on netflixthe Netflix site without success. I'm going to what's new"what's new" section and clicking on netflixNetflix (using the xX button) but nothing happens.

Is there any way to install it offline? Copying it to an usbUSB stick and installing it from there?
