I am looking to buy "Anger" the hoodie for the sniper from the community market. Once I buy it can I change the color or is the color I buy it as permanent?

Reason why is because I'm doing the smart decision and buying it for $2,00 instead of $7,50 in-game :)

I am looking to buy "Anger" the hoodie for the sniper, now... the seller icon in the market shows the default red color, (Meaning it doesn't have a set color already) once I have bought it, will I still be able to change it (in-game) to any color I want, kindy like if you buy it from the in-game store, you're allowed to change it to any color in the list free for the first time. Does that still apply on the Community Market.
