If Will I keep my game progress if I buy a game I've borrowed on steam, from someones library do I keep my saves/progresscurrently shared through Family Sharing?

I've been playing The Witcher 3 through a shared Steam library, but now. Now I want to buy it for myself; sincemyself, because whenever the owner of the game/the person who's shared library I'm using plays a game, I cannot access their games or will get kicked if I'm already playing beforewhen they aretry to play something. Anyway, my question is if

If I buy my own copy from Steam, will my progress/saves still be there? Probably a stupid question but oh well  Thank you for any answers! x
