For example, the Guardian Shield++ is carried by the Guardian Scout IVs in the Tutsuwa Nima (Akkala Highlands) and Kema Kosassa (Gerudo Highlands) shrines. You're not going to find Guardian Scouts out in the overworld, outside of shrines. | |
