Jan 11, 2021 at 17:05 comment added Cave Johnson Isn't the very first and third bullet point the same thing? The third one seems extraneous if it doesn't matter if it's a city you settled or a city you conquered.
Jan 11, 2021 at 7:50 comment added Eric City loss can also occur, most dramatically, during a Dark Age in the Dramatic Ages mode. In regard to game modes, Cultists from the Secret Societies mode can also impact loyalty, as can Rock Bands under some circumstances and Spies.
