There is no "Sneak 10%" enchantment, there is only the "Sneak" enchantment, which you can learn equally well from any item with "Sneak X%". Notice that in your list of enchantments it doesn't say anything about the magnitude of the enchantment, because it only depends on your skill and the soul gem used. | |

I maxed out my enchanting skill and there are still items out there with higher enchantments that I cannot get because I already disenchanted a lower item. Now I did notice that when I enchant an item it is a little higher then what I disenchanted but not by much. For example a item early on that gave me a 8% soul trap and after maxing my enchanting it went up to 10%. However I found one that gives you a 15% soul trap but I cannot disenchant that because I already know it.. Weak!
