May 12, 2012 at 5:31 | comment | added | Izzy | I'm still having difficulty with this - when I try it in the quick battles, every time I try to cross the T (I've heard that term somewhere and assume that's what this maneuver is called?), the AI turns into it, and instead of getting a few first-shots and surrounding my enemy, my own lead ship eats broadsides from the first two or three of the enemy. Before I even get to fire I've lost more than half my guns. Am I doing something wrong? Is it just a matter of practice? | |
May 11, 2012 at 16:50 | comment | added | Xenox | Personally I usually pause the game and micromanage the individual ships. You should be able to achieve the same effect by putting the ships in a line formation, but for me controlling the individual ships feels like I'm getting better results. | |
