Last night I noticed when I launch CIV from steam without internet connection it first tried to connect steam and throws error message and showed "play" button and its the offline mode (may be its the same thing without doing above steps). However I am not interested to play this bad game. It really sux. No clue how to play, and the tutorial itself is not a tutorial at all, if at all it is a tutorial, it the WORST game tutorial which does not help absolute beginner to learn the game | |
