what I ask my self is, what counts more in StarCraft II  ? Is it a well balanced strategy e.g. I know my opponent will get a lot of zerglings only, so I build a Colossus to roast his units or is it the speed, the perfect timing and hitting of the correct buttons and the use of a perfect hotkey system?

I mean is it important to click as fast and precisely as you would do in a FPS or is the strategy the more important aspect?

Couldn't figured it out, I had matches where I mad many "mistakes" but won with a good strategy, vice versa the same.
