I did what B Michael suggested, and it worked pretty much, I just would like to add that using a templar might do the difference, thanks to his stun, which can spare you a deadly teleport. And a good way to know when to use smoke screen is to learn his animation, it's useless to cast smoke screen when he is throwing discs which can be easy avoided.
