I know the solution is bear, whale, snake - but the door still will not open. I have all 3 pieces of the necklace or whatever but it still won't open. I have reset my Xbox 360 many times to solve this but nothing works, please help!.

Removed tag from title, added xbox tag since the bug probably happens only in xbox
