How can iI see my skill abilities?

I've just started playing the secret worldThe Secret World. Now inIn the game you have room to place skill points and ability points. Now the trouble i am having is, itIt seems that if you place a skill point you get a small passive bonus. But it was going way towent away too fast and iI didn't actually see what bonus iI got. Is there a way for me to see what the future skills give, and what the previous skills have given me?
