Whenever I ready or sheathe my weapon, it lags in the animation. My character is already in the battle stance but the weapon is still on my back (not in my hand) Anyone can help me?

Try un-equipping your weapon and then re-equipping it from your inventory. This should fix the animation.

ok...i had this same problem it's caused by a mod which presents cooler battle animations,and a new battle stance.remove this mod and any other interfering mod.there is also a small pack i can give you to make skyrim gaming faster,i donno where i can upload it for you.
