I can only find the alpha and beta clients and newer server versions.

    There doesn't appear to be any "official" sources. Due to the EULA restrictions about distributing the game, it's going to be difficult (if not impossible) to find any unofficial sources that has them all. If you're looking for a specific version, you can usually find them through google as many people put specific versions up on file sharing websites then distribute them through forums and YouTube.
