I am trying to filter all games in the Steam Store by full language audio. Steam makes it easy to search for games with interface translations but I cannot find a way on the Steam site nor any external service to only show games with full audio translations. It is listed very clearly in the Steam Store page for each game so I find it surprising that there is no obvious way to do this.

Is it possible?

  • (Since this was bumped) There still doesn't appear to be an option to search for anything besides Interface language in 2017.

  • Your best bet would likely be to request this feature @ https://www.lorenzostanco.com/lab/steam/.

  • You can use steamdb to search by the language key, but it doesn't appear to differentiate between the language for interface, subtitle, or full audio. steamdb.info/search/…

While this is still not possible in the Steam Store, there are two other methods:

  • Through Steam.DB, you can (nowadays) filter by full audio language.

Go to steamdb.info/instantsearch. On the right you'll see a list of filters, with a dropdown menu for 'Languages with Full Audio', from which a specific language can be selected:

  • Less appealing and practical, but a solution nevertheless, is to search using your favourite internet search engine. This solution is offered here on the Steam Community forum by user Selected_God:

Just type this in Google for full Chinese language support (Interface, Full Audio and Subtitles):

    "ChineseYesYesYes" site:https://steamdb.info/app/*

In case you want a game fully translated in English and also in Spanish - Spain:

    "EnglishYesYesYes" "Spanish - SpainYesYesYes" site:https://steamdb.info/app/

But because Steam store uses "✔" symbol instead of "Yes", you can use this query in Google to find games fully translated to Chinese and English directly in Steam instead of SteamDB:

    "Chinese✔" "English✔" site:https://store.steampowered.com/app/

Just replace the languages used as examples with your preferred language, and it should give you a list of options.

It's a very simple answer; not yet.
