I was wondering if it is possible to create an 'Evil chest'. In other words, I want a chest to be able to kill a certain block or item inside it.

It would detect if a block is inside it and gives a output. Or if you could place a command that just detects all chests with a certain items and remove them. So my goal is to be able to kill items inside chests but I can't use exact coordinates.

I have tried with testforblock but did not find any solution and tried to find a way to maybe do this with radius but I found nothing

For the context of why I'd want to do this, take a look at my previous post about the Locked Inventory.

Are you trying to block the inventory of chests or just block a specific item from being put into chests? All chests or just specific ones? – IronAnvil Jan 30 '18 at 17:51

If it only applies to specific chests, you can put invisible marker armour stands in them, execute off of them and use the /blockdata command, specifically modifying the Items tag. Is that enough information so that you can write an answer yourself? Or does it not help at all? – Fabian Röling Jan 30 '18 at 18:05
  • Im trying to block a specifc item from begin placed into all chest if possible – Erram Jan 30 '18 at 18:14
  • And Fabian. 1 Quesiton. If you have the armorstand in them will they block some inventory space? Or is it like a normal chest with a hidden armor stand. Because the whole idea of this is preventing players from using a X amount of slots. And i found a way to do this by Replacing with bariers. But unfortunately they can put the barriers in chests. – Erram Jan 30 '18 at 18:18
  • I am confused still. In the comments you mention blocking specific items but then you also mention preventing players from using slots. Why are you trying to place barrier into chests? – IronAnvil Jan 30 '18 at 18:58

Linking elsewhere doesn't answer the question here, I'm afraid. Please summarize the relevant info so that your answer is still valid, even if the other site goes down. – Frank Feb 2 '18 at 15:35
  • aha! sry. I will remember it till next time. Or should i write it all down? Am i allowed to copy and paste everything? – Erram Feb 2 '18 at 19:23

Summarize. Better yet, write down what you did personally to solve your problem. Based on that link, I am guessing you have solved the problem of people moving barrier which has nothing to do with removing items from chests (Your question title). Your question is hard to understand and I imagine your answer helps no one. Try to edit both the question to make more sense and edit the answer so that it demonstrates a solution to that question. If you do not want to do those, I recommend deleting the question. – IronAnvil Feb 2 '18 at 22:38
