Please, help me identify this game.

To me it looks like a mixture of STALKER, GTA and Call of Duty. It has motorcycles and sniper shooting while racing, while the location seems to be somewhere in ex-USSR.

Snapshots from the video:

top down view of a building being bombed

character walking by bombed out car

I found the video on TaoBao in a video card advertisement.

While you are not required to do research beforehand, you will garner a much better reception if we see prior effort. We won't close this, I don't think, but don't expect a good reception for not searching yourself beforehand. For more information: gaming.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/12563/… The long and short of it is: we respond to effort. The whole SE network does. You can ask whatever you want, but if you don't put effort into it, don't expect it to work out well. – Frank Feb 27 '18 at 13:06

Again, I did search my way: I described the game to Google just as I described it to you (for example, "shooting on motorcycles game Soviet Union"). Then I checked if this could be a version of Call of Duty or Battlefield (the games I knew). Then I made screenshots for you (this part made your "right-click -> Google image search" feature work so easily, I suppose) and asked the question. - Yes, it didn't occur to me that a game can be found by a screenshot on Google Image Search. If it did, I wouldn't ask you. – Andriy Makukha Feb 27 '18 at 13:13

The game is called PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG).

It looks like Ukraine because the game really drew some inspiration from the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone (possibly through S.T.A.L.K.E.R.). For example, the game features an abandoned swimming pool which looks exactly like Azure (Lazurnyi) swimming pool in Prypiat, Ukraine.
