I'm aware there are already several discussions on this topic. However, I have looked at all of the ones I could find and nothing has worked.

This is generally referred to as the /title command. It's supposed to make text show up on the screen when run. I have looked through many discussion on this and have come across this command multiple times, supposed to be able to run on a macOS, in version 1.13:

/title @a title {"text":"Your Text"}

I tried this, and only got a command that says "Showing new title for SheRidesDragons".enter image description here

When I leave and return to the project, I still don't get a title.

How can I make text show up on the screen whenever this command block is run?

  • Works for me. Did you try 1.13.2? – Fabian Röling Dec 28 '18 at 22:42
  • I sometimes find that using commands with execute helps. Does that not work? I don't know why it isn't working in the first place tho. – SpiceWeasel Dec 28 '18 at 23:18
  • I am in 1.13.2, and execute does not work either. I'm not sure why. – Claire Jan 2 at 15:14
